Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing marketing strategies for multi-family / condo presale and real estate projects.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support project positioning and campaign planning.
  • Create and edit marketing materials, presentations, and advertisements using
    Adobe Creative Suite
    and/or
    Canva
    .
  • Manage and update company social media accounts (
    Instagram, Facebook, RedNote, LinkedIn
    ), ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns through
    Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads Manager
    and
    Google Ads
    .
  • Sets up
    Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
    , service agreements, marketing copy, and promotional content, etc.
  • Create and manage
    Google Forms
    for event registrations, surveys, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support event planning and coordination, including open houses, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain CRM databases and prepare marketing performance reports.
  • Plans and reviews assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system goals.
  • Establishes and measures internal service process and associated compliance.
  • Schedule and participate in internal project team meetings to ensure accurate transfer of information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years
    of related experience and/or training in marketing coordination, real estate marketing, or project management.
  • Proficient in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    and/or
    Canva
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    social media marketing
    and platform management (Instagram, Facebook, RedNote).
  • Experience using
    Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads Manager
    and
    Google Ads
    for digital campaign management.
  • Familiarity with
    Microsoft Office Suite
    ,
    ClickUp
    ,
    Google Workspace
    and/or
    Microsoft Project
    for project coordination.
  • Must have excellent written and strong verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is an asset).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks such as problem solving, decision making, rational thinking, and exercising good judgement.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.
