Summary

The Business Development Coordinator supports the Business Development Manager (BDM) in identifying and executing strategic growth initiatives. This BDC is responsible for assisting in market planning, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and tracking business development progress. The coordinator also liaises with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in destination markets to support customer-related activities and collaborates with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to monitor progress on new supply sourcing and project development.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning Support.
  • Cross-Team Coordination.
  • Progress Tracking & Reporting and Documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Compliance with Leadership Instructions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, project coordination, or market research.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams and markets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present market and project data.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
