Logistics & Inventory Assistant (Entry Level)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Assistant to support our warehouse and office-based logistics operations. This entry-level role is ideal for an individual looking to build a career in inventory control, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations within a structured corporate environment. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, verifying, and documenting incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records using internal systems and spreadsheets
- Support regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Coordinate inventory movement between warehouse and office locations
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation
- Assist with order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and labeling
- Communicate inventory status, shortages, and discrepancies to the logistics team
- Ensure warehouse and inventory areas remain organized, clean, and safe
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics and operations team as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or business is an asset
- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics environments is an asset but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel; inventory or ERP systems are an asset)
- Ability to safely lift and move inventory as required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a combination of warehouse and office environments
- Able to work structured hours

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
