**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and warehouse management.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
- Manage order picking processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and order statuses.
- Implement and monitor procedures for shipping and receiving to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development of logistics strategies that support e-commerce initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with e-commerce logistics is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes, including shipping and receiving functions.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in all tasks.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-07-17
