Location:
Toronto, ON – In-Office | Full-Time

We are hiring a Performance Marketer to scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok & Reddit. You'll manage campaigns end-to-end, run creative testing, analyze results, and own performance outcomes. If you're data-driven, agile, and fluent in platform-native creative, this role is for you

What you'll do:

  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns across all major ad platforms
  • Manage budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and daily performance
  • Create and test new ad concepts (UGC, angles, hooks, landing pages)
  • Build dashboards and report insights to drive ROAS-positive decisions
  • Work closely with content, creative, product & analytics teams

What you bring:

  • 3-5+ years experience in performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, & TikTok
  • Strong analytical ability — CPA, CAC, ROAS & LTV focused
  • Creative thinker with rapid testing/iteration mindset
  • Bonus: Pinterest & Reddit campaign experience
