Job Description
EDGE Program, Technical Sales and Consulting
Rockwell Automation's EDGE Technical Sales and Consulting Program is a world-class, multi-month training program consisting of a combination of sales, technical, and professional training that take place in both classroom and on-the-job settings. After completion of the program, you are placed in one of our field sales offices across Canada.
Associate Account Manager:
You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals, grow market share, build relationships at assigned accounts, and growing customer spend.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Legal authorization to work in the Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
A valid driver's license.
The ability to travel 10-40% of the time. Can vary depending on client and needs.
Previous intern experience with Rockwell Automation, Partner Network, or our customers
Comfortability working with a variety of individuals
Previous co-op or intern experience in manufacturing or customer-facing role
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or other similar, technical degrees (graduating in December 2025 or Spring 2026, or within the past 3 years from Spring 2026).

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $70,000 - $90,000/(CAN) annual. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
Rockwell Automation's hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
