Join Milano Global as a Barista in Toronto, where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your work will support our mission of excellence and customer satisfaction in a dynamic food and beverage environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages in accordance with company standards.
  • Operate POS systems including Micros POS efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all work areas.
  • Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately.
  • Assist in food preparation and food handling as needed.
  • Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Uphold food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling.
  • Food handling certification is a plus.
