_**Lovelarte Coffee**_ _**Inc.**_ is looking for _**an experienced coffee barista**_ (_**5-7 years of experience**_ _**as a Coffee Barista**_) for our location in _**North Vancouver (228 Lonsdale Ave & 2nd St.) **_

**We are accepting LMIA applicants who are in Canada right now.**
- **Knowledge** of traditional coffee menu and the ability to prepare each menu item following any specific recipe and set of standards presented. (espresso, espresso macchiato, cortado, flat white, latte, cappuccino, americano, mocha)
- **Extensive experience **in dialling in espresso, _**steaming milk to different temperatures**_ and _**textures, **_and pouring consistent latte art with different kinds of milk. (whole, oat, almond, soy)
- **Experience in **grinder and espresso machine cleaning and maintenance.
- **General knowledge **of the _**coffee roasting process and experience working with different roasts to brew coffee.**_
- **The interview will have two parts**:_
1. **Practical**:

- after a quick demonstration of the equipment and our standards, _**you will be asked to prepare a 12 oz latte and **_an_ **8 oz cappuccino. ** to use our equipment and prepare a latte and a cappuccino that meet our standards.
2. **General Discussion—This second part of the interview will only be conducted if you complete the first part.** During this part of the interview, we will quickly go over your experience, work plans, goals, and availability. You will also learn a bit about Lovelarte, including how we work and what we look for in people who join our team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
