Starting wage is $18/hr + Tips ($4/hr - $6/hr)

Perfecto Cafe is seeking a experienced Barista Supervisor to lead our team of skilled baristas. As a Barista Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee bar and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality coffee beverages.

**Responsibilities**:

- Train and supervise baristas on coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory and supplies for the coffee bar, including ordering and receiving deliveries
- Develop and implement new menu items and seasonal specials
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Assist with hiring and scheduling of barista staff
- Foster a positive and professional work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a coffee shop
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
