The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Assistant to support our Edmonton branch while our Office Administrator is on maternity leave. This is an entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop professional office skills with the potential for long-term growth within the company.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role provides hands-on experience across multiple departments and prepares you for advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet customers at the front entrance in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front office area
  • Send and receive packages and parcels
  • Fax, mail, and email invoices and documents
  • Perform filing and data management
  • Contact customers when parts arrive or vehicles are ready
  • Check customers in upon arrival
  • Assist with projects in Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration as required

Education & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required)
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset
  • Willingness to learn with a positive and professional attitude
