Mercy Canada, a non-profit, Christ-centered, holistic mental health & support services program is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. We are looking for a ministry-minded individual to serve as the bridge between compassionate care and structured process. The Intake & Pastoral Care Coordinator oversees all aspects of case management within the intake process and, is readily available to pastors in providing care, resources, referrals, and support. This role invites you to take the lead in coordinating all aspects of the application process, fostering seamless client continuity of care.

Education/Experience:


• An undergraduate degree in a social science field is required; a master's degree in the field of counselling or social work is preferred.


• Minimum of 2 years previous work experience in a social service environment; case management/assessment/referral is preferred.


• Pastoral background would be considered an asset.

Salary:
$49,920 annually (based on 32 hr/week)
