The Product Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by showcasing, explaining, and promoting our vehicles and products. This position is centered on education, engagement, and trust, ensuring every customer feels confident, informed, and excited about their purchase. By combining product knowledge with strong communication skills, the Product Specialist helps elevate the overall dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of product features, benefits, and applications

  • Stay current on product updates, new releases, and automotive industry trends

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations

  • Clearly and confidently communicate product information, answering questions with accuracy and professionalism

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight key features and value

  • Articulate the unique value proposition of our products to support purchasing decisions

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support product-related sales initiatives

  • Provide product expertise during sales presentations and customer meetings

  • Conduct internal training sessions to enhance product knowledge across teams

  • Facilitate customer workshops or walkthroughs to deepen product understanding

  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, sharing insights to support continuous improvement

  • Assist with the development and review of product documentation, brochures, and marketing materials

  • Ensure all product-related materials are accurate, consistent, and up to date

  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is considered an asset

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience

  • Strong ability to explain technical information in a clear and approachable way

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident, engaging presentation style

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams

  • Adaptable and comfortable with evolving products and market conditions

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
