Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada VRIFY Full time $70,000 - $90,000

About VRIFY:

VRIFY is positioned at the forefront of the mining industry's transformation, leveraging cutting-edge AI to revolutionize mineral exploration. With a focus on AI drill targeting, VRIFY is expanding its capabilities by synthesizing vast amounts of geological information. This integration enhances the precision and efficiency of exploration strategies, offering our clients innovative solutions that depart from traditional methods.

Our mission extends beyond technological advancement. We are committed to transforming how mining companies engage with investors, aiming to foster a more transparent and accountable mining investment ecosystem. VRIFY's technology enables immersive 3D and 360° presentations that provide investors with a vivid and detailed visual context, making complex geological data accessible and engaging.

As we continue to refine our AI-driven solutions, VRIFY remains dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in the mining sector, ensuring our clients and investors are well-equipped to succeed in a rapidly evolving market.

As Events Coordinator, you'll play a key role in executing VRIFY's 2025 Events & Community Activation strategy. You'll help bring the VRIFY experience to life across global conferences, client activations, and our owned flagship events — including the prestigious VRIFY AI Summit.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is energized by both logistics and creativity. You'll work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, Geoscience, and the Executive level to ensure our events reinforce VRIFY's position as the category leader in AI-assisted mineral discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution

  • Support the end-to-end planning and execution of global events including PDAC, THE Mining Event, World AI Summit, and VRIFY-hosted summits.
  • Coordinate venue sourcing, vendor management (catering, AV, print, signage, giveaways), and production logistics.
  • Manage workback schedules and cross-functional timelines to ensure flawless execution.
  • Maintain and update key event assets: signage, registration websites, booth materials, and brand activations.

 Strategic Experience Design

  • Own specific components of our VRIFY-hosted events (e.g., breakout tracks, speaker sourcing, client showcases).
  • Act as experience lead across internal departments to align event programming with the needs of geoscientists, investors, and technical buyers.
  • Support the Events team in surfacing and securing thought leadership opportunities that position VRIFY as the category-defining platform for AI-assisted mineral discovery.

Marketing & Community Activation

  • Collaborate with Marketing on event campaigns (email, social, content) to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Execute pre/post-event client engagement moments (e.g. executive dinners, VIP sessions, demos).
  • Support the integration of customer success stories into event content, helping turn client achievements into social proof.

 Post-Event Reporting & Optimization

  • Track performance KPIs: leads, demos booked, meetings held, social reach, and feedback scores.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Ops to surface event attribution insights using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Contribute to post-event wrap reports and learnings that shape future programs.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in events. B2B, SaaS, tech, or resource sectors experience is an advantage.
  • Strong logistical and vendor management skills — you can wrangle a production schedule, a print vendor, and a five-city shipping plan before lunch.
  • Experience managing VIP or executive-level event experiences.
  • Fluency with event platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash), and budgeting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with an eye for aesthetics and brand alignment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events.

Core Competencies:

  • Strategic operator who understands that great events build brand, pipeline, and community.
  • Detail-obsessed with a proactive mindset and calm-under-pressure attitude.
  • Curious, collaborative, and always looking for ways to level up the experience.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects with moving parts.
  • Energized by being part of a growing, category-defining company.

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: 70,000 to 90,000 per year
  • Health Benefits: Extensive coverage, medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Including vacation days, sick/personal care days, public holidays plus extra time during holiday season.
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible work hours, remote work options plus option to use work space in Downtown Vancouver
  • Professional Development: Career growth program to help our team advance their career.
  • Performance Bonuses
  • Wellness Programs: Fitness allowance, work from home allowance, mental health support.
  • Retirement Plan (RRSP/DPSP)

Terms of Employment

  • Full-time, Permanent
  • Completion of a background check required
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

The ideal candidate will combine strategic events leadership with a passion for creating exceptional experiences, bringing both vision and execution capabilities to help establish VRIFY as the undisputed leader in AI-assisted mineral discovery. You are energized by the opportunity to build and mentor high-performing teams, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through innovative event programs.
