About Us

Pure Raum is a growing company that specializes in the distribution of professional Korean skincare brands in North America. We are looking for a Logistics & Customs Coordinator who will oversee daily order fulfillment, shipping, and customs documentation.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, international logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily outbound shipments via DHL, Canada Post, UPS and Purolator.
  • Generate and organize shipping labels, invoices, and packing lists
  • Prepare and maintain customs and FDA-related documentation
  • Coordinate incoming shipments and update stock arrival schedules
  • Inventory control by monitoring stock levels, preparing restock and shortage reports, and maintaining warehouse organization.
  • Communicate with customs brokers and shipping partners for any clearance issues
  • Maintain inventory records and assist in data system updates, including in/outbound reports and fulfillment data tracking.
  • Provide weekly logistics, customs, and documentation status reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or related administrative roles
  • Strong understanding of international shipping documentation (especially between Korea, Canada, and the U.S.)
  • Ability to handle multiple shipments and track deadlines simultaneously
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); Korean language is an asset
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and dependable under pressure
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada

Work Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Office Location: Pharmacy & Steeles Ave.

Compensation:

  • Salary is negotiable based on experience and discussed during the interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
