**Company Overview**:
We are an established 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) company looking for an immediate full time to join our team. At Trans-Commercial Logistics (TCL), we specialize multi-modal transportation services by providing efficient, reliable, and customer-focused logistics solutions. As a growing 3PL, we are committed to optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring smooth, timely delivery for our clients across multiple industries.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule, track, and monitor shipments from origin to destination.
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and build strong relationships with transportation partners.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, BOLs, and compliance paperwork.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
- Handle exceptions, delays, or service disruptions with urgency and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is a bonus but not necessary and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with problem-solving mindset.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
