The opportunity:
A Member Support Advisor is a highly motivated, customer-oriented individual who is passionate about the Achievers customer experience Our Global team guarantees the highest level of excellence to ensure that members and administrators rave about our services and get the answers they need in real time. If you are technically savvy and are passionate about delighting customers, you'll fit right in As a Member Support Advisor, you will have the opportunity to advance your career with additional internal training opportunities leading to increased customer support and technical understanding. Responsibilities:
  • Get connected and handle inbound and outbound queries primarily via email but on occasion may be required to phone or chat with customers
  • Turn our customers into "Raving Fans" using your exemplary customer service
  • Use your epic problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries, questions, and complaints
  • Navigate our platform like a pro and stay up to date with new features and releases
  • Recognize your peers and be recognized for being awesome
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – additional languages are great
  • Troubleshoot issues with computer systems, web‐based applications, and mobile technology
  • Achieve personal goals and departmental SLA's consistently
  • Work and collaborate alongside of some of the best teammates in the industry
Qualifications:
  • Must have a passion for supporting customers and eager to learn what it takes to create an amazing customer‐ centric team
  • Previous related customer service experience in a similar role (2-4 years)
  • Attends to responsibilities through a quality and attention to detail lens
  • Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively
  • Proficient in resolving conflict through utilizing problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • An aptitude to create positive member experiences through a customer-oriented approach
