Job Description
:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate Intern (Paid) to join our team at Luxolis. In this role, you will assist our business development team in identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential clients. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the business development process, providing exposure to various aspects of sales, strategy, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities
:

  • Market Research
    : Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new trends, potential clients, and growth areas.
  • Lead Generation
    : Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads through various channels (outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Client Engagement
    : Support in building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients and partners.
  • Sales Support
    : Assist with creating and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Administrative Support
    : Coordinate meetings, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    : Track key performance metrics, provide regular reports on progress, and help with the preparation of reports for management.
  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with senior business development and sales teams to strategize and support initiatives for expanding the company's market share.

Requirements
:

  • Education
    : Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Skills
    :
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
