Your Opportunity at SECUREAs the Facility Administrator, you are responsible for performing a broad range of service functions in support of efficient and effective Facility operations. The key responsibility areas for this role involve office administration, customer service, accounts receivable, accounts payable, systems, training and continuous improvement. The Administrator is an essential part of the Facility Services team and will be key in mentoring and modelling SECURE's common values and principles with clients and employees.

Work EnvironmentThis position is based out of our Richmond, BC facility, where you'll experience a fast-paced and dynamic setting that blends office coordination with operational interaction. You'll play an integral role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to a culture built on safety, respect, and continuous improvement.
A Day in The Life- Responsible for efficient day-to-day administrative support to the operational team
- Maintains appropriate files, documents, and reports
- Meet month end deadlines and ensure accurate reporting within operations
- Maintain up to date and accessible files
- Share pertinent information and correspondence with operations team
- Ensure office supplies are stocked, equipment is maintained, and the workspace remains organized
- Handle internal and external customer relations and inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and professional manner
- Assist with day to day tracking of all field staff, equipment, consumables, subcontractors and all related work tickets
- Document Control throughout lifecycle of each project
- Ownership of Requisition, Purchase Order and Receiving process
- Liaising with vendors and external service providers
- Liaising with Project Cost Coordinators for timely project setup and billing
- Payroll/Time entry
- Administration or Accounting Certificate/Diploma would be considered an asset
- Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Adobe, and Access
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet demanding deadlines, and change priorities
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Reliable and demonstrates a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
