Description
Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Human Resources Supervisor to support and strengthen our day-to-day HR operations. As the main point of contact for all HR matters within our global organization, you will oversee full-cycle HR, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, HR projects, payroll, benefits, and administrative processes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the on-site HR lead, overseeing employee relations, coaching managers, and supporting performance discussions while applying consistent and equitable HR practices.
- Manage all HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records, processing changes, preparing documentation, supporting compliance efforts, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, partnering with IT and facilities, and ensuring seamless operational workflow.
- Provide Dayforce support during go-live, including validating PTO balances, reviewing workflows and employee setup, delivering training, and resolving system issues.
- Supervise the Office Coordinator, offering coaching, clear structure, and effective delegation to support their development and performance.
- Support payroll processes for Canada (Dayforce) and the U.S. (third-party provider), ensuring accurate data, timely updates, and alignment with finance.
- Serve as a liaison with global consultants in Germany and the U.S., maintaining consistent communication, addressing issues, and supporting cross-border HR needs.
- Lead key HR initiatives and projects, including leadership development programs, training implementation, SharePoint enhancements, and documentation improvements.
- Maintain strong presence and visibility on the floor, building trust with employees and supporting overall engagement across the facility.
What You Must Have
- 5–7+ years of advancing HR experience, with extensive, hands-on employee relations work—including investigations, terminations, coaching, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations end-to-end, including HR administration, documentation, compliance, onboarding and offboarding, policy management, and payroll coordination.
- Previous experience leading or supporting direct reports and collaborating closely with leadership in an on-site setting.

Salary & Perks
- Annual salary range: $70,000 to $90,000, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
