Salary: $70,000 – $90,000

Description

Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Human Resources Supervisor to support and strengthen our day-to-day HR operations. As the main point of contact for all HR matters within our global organization, you will oversee full-cycle HR, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, HR projects, payroll, benefits, and administrative processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the on-site HR lead, overseeing employee relations, coaching managers, and supporting performance discussions while applying consistent and equitable HR practices.
  • Manage all HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records, processing changes, preparing documentation, supporting compliance efforts, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, partnering with IT and facilities, and ensuring seamless operational workflow.
  • Provide Dayforce support during go-live, including validating PTO balances, reviewing workflows and employee setup, delivering training, and resolving system issues.
  • Supervise the Office Coordinator, offering coaching, clear structure, and effective delegation to support their development and performance.
  • Support payroll processes for Canada (Dayforce) and the U.S. (third-party provider), ensuring accurate data, timely updates, and alignment with finance.
  • Serve as a liaison with global consultants in Germany and the U.S., maintaining consistent communication, addressing issues, and supporting cross-border HR needs.
  • Lead key HR initiatives and projects, including leadership development programs, training implementation, SharePoint enhancements, and documentation improvements.
  • Maintain strong presence and visibility on the floor, building trust with employees and supporting overall engagement across the facility.

What You Must Have

  • 5–7+ years of advancing HR experience, with extensive, hands-on employee relations work—including investigations, terminations, coaching, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations end-to-end, including HR administration, documentation, compliance, onboarding and offboarding, policy management, and payroll coordination.
  • Previous experience leading or supporting direct reports and collaborating closely with leadership in an on-site setting.

Why Join the Team

  • Opportunity to make a direct impact as the HR point person for a global organization.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Blend operational HR work with meaningful projects and improvements.
  • Join a supportive, people-first environment that values collaboration and continuous learning.

Who Will Excel in This Role

  • You'll thrive if you:
  • Enjoy being the go-to HR person employees rely on for guidance and support.
  • Are energized by improving processes and bringing clarity and order to complex tasks.
  • Stay calm and adaptable when priorities shift.
  • Take ownership, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
  • Bring professionalism, and strong service orientation to all interactions.

Salary & Perks

  • Annual salary range: $70,000 to $90,000, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
  • 3 weeks vacation and paid company holidays.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, life, disability, and extended paramedical coverage (vision care, mental health support, physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture, and more).
  • Employer RRSP match participation.
  • Engaging company culture with regular social events and team celebrations.
