Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team for the busy Holiday Season. As a Banquet Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences at various events, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service while enjoying their meals by assisting with Banquet Set Up and take down as required. This position requires a passion for hospitality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event specifications.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that all food handling and safety standards are met throughout the event.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas during events, including clearing tables and replenishing supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Follow all company policies regarding food safety, guest services, and hospitality.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A genuine interest in the hospitality industry and commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • An understanding that this is a short term, part-time holiday season, poistion.
