**SUMMARY**:
**Part-time and casual positions are available with flexible scheduling.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other décor.
- Ensure that all settings are properly placed and in excellent condition.
- Check the cleanliness and presentation of all event areas before guests arrive.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously during the event
- Respond to guest requests and needs during the event.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times.
- Communicate with culinary team and other banquet team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Work closely with the Banquet Captain and Event Coordinator to ensure all event details are executed as planned.
- Ensure all equipment and banquet areas are properly stored and maintained.
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout the event.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar food service role is preferred.
- Experience in a hotel or upscale event environment is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, equipment, and supplies up to 50lbs.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Serving it Right certification required.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $19.77 per hour
