Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be crucial in creating a positive shopping experience.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cash handling.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and satisfaction.
  • Manage phone etiquette effectively when addressing customer calls or inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience in retail sales, cashiering, and customer service is essential.
  • Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and product demos to assist customers effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandising tasks.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
