We are seeking an
Assistant General Manager (AGM)
to help lead the day-to-day operations of the Shack. You'll support operational and financial excellence while building a strong team culture rooted in Enlightened Hospitality. The AGM works closely with the General Manager to set the vision for the Shack and execute the vision through managers and team members alike.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee inventory, quality and safety standards
  • Lead, coach and develop the hourly team
  • Manage all support functions (i.e. hourly payroll, scheduling, etc.)
  • Maintain the facility while upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality
  • Assist the GM with employee relations
  • Establish and build community relations

What you'll need:

  • Ability to manage peers
  • Ability to effectively problem solve
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communication
  • Ability to use software programs, and to read, analyze and interpret various reports and documents
  • Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations
  • Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
  • Must be able to coach and develop others
  • Proven managerial experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and/or QSR environment
