Toronto, Canada RESIDENT MANAGER Full time

This is a live-in position for a high-rise apartment building. If you are the type of individual or team who are self-starters, motivated and have a hands-on approach with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision then this role is for you.

**We are looking for an individual or team whose key responsibilities are**:
1. Building Presentation and upkeep of common areas of the building

2. Vacancy - Show and rent vacant units

3. Rent Collection

4. Fire Life Safety

5. Lease Application Process (Assisting the Property Administrator)

6. Can handle resident service requests

7. Experience with using computer software

8. Basic general contracting abilities to renovate apartments, plaster, and paint

**Plumbing and electrical trades would be an asset

**SALARY**: APARTMENT + $SALARY + $BENEFITS

**DEPARTMENT**: Building Operations

**REPORTS TO**:Property Manager
