Sr. Manager, Business Architecture

Apex Systems is a global IT services provider and our staffing practice has an opening for
a Senior Manager, Business Architecture
with strong
Stakeholder Collaboration and solid Business Process strategy alignment
to be placed at our client, a Big Five Bank.

We have placed multiple people on this very team and have personally qualified the requirement with the hiring manager.

Client:
Big Five Bank, Enterprise Data Management Office

Terms:
6 month Contract to Hire.
Must convert full time.

Location:
Hybrid, 1-2 days in office per week.

Must-have requirements:

  • Consulting background with strong stakeholder collaboration
  • Financial Services background who understands a regulatory environment
  • Strategy alignment, capability development, relationship management, problem solving – liaison between technology and business
  • Modeling and documenting business processes using a variety of tools and techniques depending on the specific need (e.g., client journeys, process mapping, etc.) ?

Nice to Haves:

  • Architecture background
  • Data management, governance background

Job Description:

This work includes:

  • Helping to design operating models (development, analysis, impact assessment, etc.) required to deliver on business objectives?
  • Modeling and documenting business processes using a variety of tools and techniques depending on the specific need (e.g., client journeys, process mapping, etc.) ?
  • Doing independent research, analysis and benchmarking of both internal and external trends to determine new & potential business capabilities ?
  • Working with other technology teams to ensure projects impacting key capabilities are aligned to architecture patterns and standards, and leverage common solutions and services?
  • Contributing to the business architecture practice and how we work (methodology, templates, etc.)
