RESPONSABILITÉS

• Préparer et émettre les paiements aux fournisseurs avec exactitude et dans les délais.
• Saisir et maintenir les écritures du grand livre.
• Maintenir des dossiers comptables précis et bien organisés.
• Communiquer efficacement en anglais et en français avec les fournisseurs et les services internes.
• Interagir régulièrement avec votre supérieur hiérarchique.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Baccalauréat ou diplôme en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine connexe
• Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (oral et écrit)
• Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Grande attention aux détails, solides compétences organisationnelles et en communication
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en collaboration
• Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, avec un accent sur les comptes fournisseurs
• Expérience pratique avec Sage 300 ERP (Accpac) requise

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and record accounts payable transactions.
• Prepare and issue vendor payments accurately and on time.
• Enter and maintain general ledger postings.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
• Communicate effectively in English and French with vendors and internal departments.
• Interact regularly with your supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, with focus on accounts payable.
• Hands-on experience with Sage 300 ERP (Accpac) is required.
