Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and working efficiently in a team setting. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food industry while contributing to a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and assisting guests with their needs.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Handle food safely by following sanitation and food handling protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with health regulations.
  • Support team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with food preparation, cashiering, and food safety practices is advantageous.
  • Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately.
  • Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper food handling procedures is desirable. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment while providing excellent service to guests.
