We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly demeanor that enhances the guest experience.
  • Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
