**Position: Crew Member**

**About Us**: J&B Quality Painters is a leading residential and commercial painting company in Edmonton and Surrounding Areas. **Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete painting projects on time and to high-quality standards.
- Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Project Managers to ensure project goals are met.
- Assist with surface preparation, painting, and cleanup as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.
- Represent J&B Quality Painters in a professional manner while interacting with clients and others.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a team atmosphere such as sports teams, sales teams, or other collaborative environments.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow directions effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must have own means of travel to job sites.
- Your resume highlighting any relevant experience and qualifications.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Location**: Edmonton, AB
**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience
**Expected Hours**: 30 - 40 per week

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
