Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your expertise in various aesthetic services will contribute to enhancing our clients' overall experience.

Additionally, we are hiring a licensed nurse injector to work with our nurse practitioner for injections and a salesperson to promote our service and products to clients, high commission rates with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality aesthetic services, including body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair styling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and work areas to ensure client safety.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques.
  • Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive work environment focused on client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and adherence to health regulations.
  • Experience in retail sales, including upselling products during client consultations.
  • Proficiency in various aesthetic treatments such as body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
