Guest Experience Support Agent

As a Guest Experience Support Agent, you will help ensure every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience across multiple departments. This dynamic, full-time position bridges Guest Services, Hospitality and Food & Beverage, giving you the opportunity to develop versatile skills while supporting the heart of the resort. Your day may include welcoming and assisting guests at Guest Services, helping maintain cleanliness and organization, and/or supporting Food & Beverage service as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, people-oriented and eager to learn, offering valuable cross training and the chance to be part of a collaborative, service-driven team. Full-time, seasonal employment (30 – 40 hours / week) with a variable schedule

Guest Services Functions & Responsibilities:

Act as an information resource be familiar with CMR's facilities, products, policies and procedures

Answer questions from guests

Sell and/or activate a variety of products through our integrated point-of-sale system, including day tickets, frequent skier cards, season passes, etc.

Close out point of sale system and balance cash at the end of each shift

Understand and execute waiver procedures and file waivers at the end of each shift

Identify potential issues, and proactively solve them for the guests

Hospitality/Food & Beverage Responsibilities:

Food & Beverage – Server:

Greet and serve customers at the till

Use of point-of-sale system to provide customer service

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a service bar

Stock inventory in soda fridges, and various food displays

Handle cash and cash count in till and basic cash out to CMR policy

Clean and organize service area and refill items following CMR manual and procedures

Janitorial:

Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and polishing

Ensuring all resort facilities are cared for and inspected according to standards

Notifying managers/supervisors of any damage, deficits, and/or disturbances

Adhering strictly to rules regarding health and safety, and being aware of and following all company-related practices

Fill all paper towels, toiletry dispensers and refilling soap dispensers.

Proper labelling, dilution, and use of chemicals

Passionate about outdoor recreation, including but not limited to downhill skiing.

Demonstrated, experience working in customer service-related positions.

Experience as a F&B server in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience using a computerized point-of-sale system

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

The ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks.

Positive and proactive approach to teamwork and working with others required

Ability to work unsupervised for long periods of time

Where We Are

Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location. There is a communal living Staff Accommodation building on-site for new and returning non-supervisory, seasonal employees. More information on our location and our resort can be found at
