The Guest House Inn & Suites is looking for a Full time Front Desk Agent

Main duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to:

  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms; process group arrivals and departure;
  • Take, cancel and change room reservations;
  • Process telephone calls; Handle guest inquiries/questions/reservations
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services;
  • Provide general information about points of interest and services available in the community;
  • Arrange services required for guests with special needs;
  • Process wake-up calls;
  • Investigate and resolve complaints and claims;
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments;
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms; maintain occupancy statistics;
  • Customer service oriented;
  • Work minimal supervision, clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), keyboarding and perform light housekeeping and cleaning.

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.41 per hour
