What we are looking for:
We require energetic, motivated and career-minded Plumbing Apprentices to be responsible for performing onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes.
- Experience with residential plumbing service calls, water treatment, trouble shooting and water heaters (tanks, tankless' s and boilers). Hydronic/boiler experience is an asset:
- Drains experience is an asset
- Proven experience in diagnosing & servicing residential units.
- A thorough understanding of provincial plumbing code and standards;
- Strong customer service skills and good communication skills
- An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude
- A valid driver's license with a suitable driving abstract
- Clear criminal background check
- Be safety conscious and come with a willingness to learn.
What will you do:
We want our Plumbers to become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.
- Complete general and specific plumbing inspections
- Promote Right Time products and services on every call
- Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude;
- The ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and co-operatively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures.
- Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home
- Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
- Contribute to our high standards of health and safety
