Benchmark Plumbing takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship for a variety of residential, commercial and industrial plumbing needs, including service, reno and new construction plumbing.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role, servicing Hamilton, Brantford and surrounding areas. The Plumber's Labourer will provide support to the rest of the Benchmark Plumbing team, learning the ropes of installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems, including pipes, and fixtures. Daily tasks will include supporting with diagnosing and fixing leaks, blockages and system malfunctions, as well as conducting routine inspections and maintenance. Providing exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations will also be integral to this role.

  • Quick learner and excellent team player
  • Ability to work well independently and follow instruction
  • Strong Customer Service skills to foster positive client relationships
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to work in various environments and handle tools & equipment safely
