Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role, servicing Hamilton, Brantford and surrounding areas. The 3rd/4th Year Plumbing Apprentice will be responsible for working alongside Journeyman to install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, and fixtures. Daily tasks will include supporting with diagnosing and fixing leaks, blockages and system malfunctions, as well as conducting routine inspections and maintenance. Providing exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations will also be integral to this role.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Plumbing and Pipe installation
  • Experience in Maintenance & Repair of plumbing systems and general Maintenance practices
  • Strong Customer Service skills to foster positive client relationships
  • Working knowledge of local building codes and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to work in various environments and handle tools & equipment safely
  • Prior experience in general construction is a plus
