Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Toronto, ON, for an Exam Center Admin Coordinator. The coordinator will manage the administrative operations of the exam center, including scheduling, verifying, registering, coordinating exam sessions, and ensuring all protocols are followed. Additional responsibilities include communicating with candidates, recording their statements and coordinating internal examiners. Additionally, handling inquiries, maintaining records, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the center are also part of the job. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns from exam candidates, examiners and rest of the administrative staff.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication in French and English is a MUST, along with Customer Service skills, including the ability to professionally interact with exam candidates, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills to manage scheduling, records, and overall operational efficiency
  • Basic understanding of the handling financial records
  • Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in common office software tools; familiarity with exam management systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in exam administration, education, or a similar administrative role is advantageous
