We are an interior residential construction company that is expanding and looking to add employees. We do mostly interior renovations in Edmonton and the surrounding area. Must have a reliable vehicle as we have multiple job sites around the city and surrounding area.

Looking for people with the following qualifications

  • Punctual, reliable and dependable
  • Experience with interior renovations is a requirement
  • Skilled carpenters, painters, flooring installers and finishers
  • Installation of cabinets and finishing work including door installs, baseboard, and casing will be required
  • Being able to get to work on time and at different locations in Edmonton and surrounding area.
  • Team player and resposible for self and ability to clean up after themself

Summary

In the role of interior residential renovator, you will be essential in supporting various construction projects, focusing on all facets of interior renovations. Reporting to the site supervisor, you will utilize hand tools to ensure precise and efficient installation while adhering to safety standards. The organization expects you to demonstrate core skills in construction techniques and tool handling, alongside premium skills in teamwork and problem-solving. Responsibilities

  • Install various types of flooring materials, ensuring precise measurements and alignment
  • Finishing carpentry including interior doors, door trim, window trim, baseboard, closet shelves etc.
  • Wall prep, basic mudding and painting skills
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that may arise during the process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 44 per week
