Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, including experience in Residential settings. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local codes and regulations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform installations and repairs effectively.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Work on low voltage systems as required, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction and renovation projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in an residential setting.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to electrical work.
  • Experience with low voltage systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of construction practices related to electrical installations is beneficial.
  • Maintenance Person experience is advantageous for troubleshooting diverse issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
