We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full-home remodels across Edmonton, handling everything from framing to finishing.

We're looking for a well-rounded, detail-oriented Renovation Foreman / Crew Lead who takes pride in their work, can manage small crews, and produce high-quality results our clients can count on. As our company continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to lead larger, more complex projects and help shape the future of our renovation team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day renovation projects (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and remodels).
  • Work hands-on with tools — framing, drywall, flooring, tile, trim, and finishing.
  • Coordinate small crews, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track.
  • Read and interpret drawings and scopes of work accurately.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and team members.
  • Ensure jobsites are clean, safe, and meet high quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on renovation experience (multi-trade background preferred).
  • Experience leading small crews or a strong desire to step into a leadership role.
  • Skilled in a variety of trades (carpentry, drywall, tile, finishing, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, quality workmanship.
  • Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism.
