Join Amax Leather Canada/Aurora Furniture Manufacturing Limited, a leading furniture manufacturer known for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to strengthen our online presence, increase sales, and optimize our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:E-Commerce Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay Seller Hub to ensure accuracy, visibility, and engagement.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock levels across online platforms.
- Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are optimized for conversion and SEO.
Digital Marketing & Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon Ads, and eBay Ads to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Optimize PPC campaigns, bid strategies, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing materials.
Sales & Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track and optimize conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Generate detailed reports on sales, marketing performance, and campaign effectiveness.
Customer Experience & Retention:
- Ensure a seamless online shopping experience through UX optimization and mobile-friendly design.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns and promotions to engage customers and drive repeat purchases.
- Work with customer service to address online inquiries, product issues, and order-related concerns.
Competitive Research & Innovation:
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Research competitors and analyze pricing, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
- Identify and implement new e-commerce tools and automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Shopify, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Amazon Insights) for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze trends, optimize sales strategies, and implement new marketing techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
