Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing online sales platforms, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and maintaining accurate product listings. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent computer literacy, and experience with various administrative tools. Bilingual abilities and prior experience in customer service or clerical roles are highly valued to enhance our customer support and operational efficiency.

Duties

  • Manage and update product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and live chat, providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain organized digital files, records, and data entry tasks using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Assist with inventory management by coordinating with warehouse teams and updating stock levels regularly
  • Proofread product descriptions, marketing materials, and communications for clarity and professionalism
  • Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and filing systems
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks related to online sales transactions
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including typing correspondence and managing office supplies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Strong customer service background with effective phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customer bases
  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations or online retail is desirable but not required
  • Attention to detail with proofreading and data entry skills to ensure accuracy in all work processes
  • Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant positions is advantageous but not mandatory
