Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls
  • Communicate with clients professionally (phone, email, in-person)
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
  • Prepare and organize client documents
  • Support immigration consultants with office tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of office or administrative experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Basic computer and office software knowledge
