Service Manager
to oversee and optimize our service team's operations in British Columbia. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong, high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee scheduling and dispatching to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Support and coach team members, setting clear goals and providing training to develop their technical and customer service skills.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to continuously improve service quality.
  • Handle customer escalations professionally and work toward swift resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve communication, workflows, and overall service performance.
  • Visit job sites to perform inspections, assist with quotes, and support field operations when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on excellence and accountability.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a service or operations team, ideally in plumbing or HVAC.
  • Experience managing 5+ direct reports in an organization with $5M+ in annual revenue.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • A collaborative, customer-first mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Ability to use data to make informed decisions and evaluate team performance.
  • Hands-on technical knowledge in plumbing or HVAC is an asset.
