Office Administrator

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of loads.
- Provide updates to drivers regarding schedule changes or customer requirements.
- Draft and send clear, concise emails to customers regarding load status and updates.
- Handle customer requests and complaints via email in a courteous manner.
- Enter load details accurately into the company's dispatch software or database.
- Ensure all information related to pickups, deliveries, and shipments is up to date.
- Assist dispatchers with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Help maintain organized and efficient office operations.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating shipments, considering driver availability and customer requirements.
- Update scheduling software with any changes or new information.
- Identify and resolve issues related to shipments, including delays or route changes.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to find solutions.
- Prepare reports on daily operations, including load counts, delivery times, and any incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with dispatchers, drivers, and other office staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Support team members as needed to achieve departmental goals.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, compliance, and customer service.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with industry regulations and standards.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to expand knowledge and skills.
- Handle additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.
- Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
