Iris's direct client, one of the Canada's Top Banking Firm, is looking to hire a strong
Business Analyst (Financial Services Industry)
for a long-term contract opportunity in
Toronto, ON (Hybrid role).

Position: Business Analyst (Financial Services Industry)

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Hybrid Role)

Duration: Long Term Contract role

Must Have Skills:

  • Must have at least 3–7 years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Retail credit risk experience (underwriting, scoring, portfolio monitoring) is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Exposure to AWS Cloud (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue).
  • Experience working with SAS analytics or risk management platforms.
