The Opportunity:
We're looking to fill an opening for a Senior Change Manager to join our Enterprise Change Management team.
Reporting to the Director, Change Management, the Senior Change Manager will lead and deliver a portfolio of multiple change initiatives across our organization. This role is critical in driving enterprise adoption, building readiness, and ensuring business outcomes are realized. The ideal candidate brings both consulting expertise and industry experience, with a proven track record of managing complex change in financial services.

What your day looks like:
- Develop and lead change management strategies and plans to support organizational goals and drive enterprise adoption
- Ensure consistency and scalability of change management practices across the enterprise
- Manage complex stakeholder environments across functional areas and geographies
- Coach senior leaders to sponsor and role model change behaviors by giving expertise
- Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Develop and maintain change management deliverables including impact assessments, change plans, and status reports
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments
- Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and leaders on change management best practices and strategic direction
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives
- Develop, evolve and embed change governance models, such as an enterprise change committee
- Mentor change managers and build internal change capability
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Tailor change approaches to both waterfall and agile project methodologies, ensuring flexibility and alignment to business needs
Requirements
Your experience and skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. AN MBA or related masters is preferred
10+ years' experience with proven success in enterprise transformation
- Proven background in consulting (Big 4 experience preferred) and industry experience within financial services
- Strong understanding and demonstratable use of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR)
- Experience scaling change functions or a center of excellence
Demonstrated and successful delivery of change initiatives in both traditional (waterfall) and agile environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage a program/portfolio of change initiatives or projects
- Demonstrated experience in influencing senior leaders across the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent communication skills in English required (bilingual skills in French an asset).

Salary
This position is posted with an expected salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
