The Opportunity
mBolden is a boutique management consulting firm that helps organizations deliver complex transformation in people-intensive, fast-moving environments.
We are brought in when execution matters, when timelines are real, and when senior leaders need clarity, alignment, and momentum to make change stick.
We are hiring a Change Management Consultant to lead and deliver change within enterprise transformation engagements.
This role is ideal for someone who has trained in a Big 4 consulting environment and is looking to do senior, high-impact work in smaller teams, with greater ownership and direct client exposure.
This is not a remote-only role. Work is delivered in person or hybrid, depending on the engagement. Candidates must be based in Toronto.
What You Will Do
Lead change management workstreams within large-scale transformation initiatives, including digital, AI-enabled, operating model, and workforce change.
Design and execute pragmatic change strategies that drive adoption, behaviour change, and sustained outcomes.
Work directly with executive and senior leadership teams to support alignment, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness.
Assess organizational readiness, capacity constraints, and delivery risk, and adapt change approaches in real time.
Develop leadership enablement, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans grounded in operational reality.
Coach leaders and teams through resistance, ambiguity, and delivery pressure.
Partner closely with strategy, operating model, and delivery consultants to ensure integrated execution.
Own day-to-day client relationships and manage workstreams end-to-end.
Required Experience
5–10 years of consulting experience
Experience operating at the Senior Consultant or Manager level, owning workstreams and client interactions.
Proven experience delivering change in complex, matrixed, or regulated organizations.
Regular exposure to executive and senior leadership stakeholders.
Strong consulting fundamentals: structured problem-solving, executive-ready
communication, and professional judgement.
Ability to integrate change management with strategy, operating models, and delivery.
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with real delivery pressure.

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, paid in Canadian dollars.
