THE COMPANY

Tiltco Architectural is a custom aluminum window, door and curtain wall manufacturer that supplies and installs fabricated aluminum products for elite residential and commercial markets.

Our products are featured in award-winning residential and commercial projects throughout North America.

THE ROLE

We are seeking to hire an experienced service technician to join our team. The role requirements are as follows but are not limited to, troubleshooting product issues, maintaining company vehicles inclusive of inventory counts, daily travel, and electronic report submissions.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily travel to job sites across Ontario
  • Responding to client concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain company vehicles
  • Respectfully maintain job sites inclusive of residential properties

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of glazing and aluminum products
  • Willing to learn the Reynaers product (1-month training process)
  • Ability to use power and hand tools
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Working knowledge and ability to handle heavy glass
  • Basic knowledge of technology
  • Strong track record with punctuality
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds
  • Remove and replace existing glass (change glass)

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION

  • G-Class Driver's License (required)
  • Working at heights (Training Provided)
  • WHIMS (Training Provided)

Experience

  • Hand tools: 1 year (required)
  • Glazing: 1 year (required)
