We are looking for an experienced Repair and Field Service Technician to join our team

You have:
Post secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Valid full G class driver's license and clean driver's abstract
Experience in the diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and calibration of mechanical and electrical components and equipment
Experience in welding and fabrication and ability to use hand tools
Forklift license or experience
Excellent communication skills including reading, writing, verbal, and comprehension
Ability to collaborate with a team or independently with mínimal supervision
Ability to work outside of regular work hours including a rotating on-call schedule to service customer needs and emergencies
Field Service experience is an asset

As a Repair and Field Service Technician, you will:
Attend site visits for installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks of Company owned rental equipment and customer owned product
Inspects equipment to diagnose errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
Training of Camera, PVMS, traffic signal, radar trailer, TC-12
Changing batteries on PVMS trailers, Camera trailers and Sensor units. (65 lb. each)
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
Complete documentation (i.e. QA, inventory, work tickets, etc.)
Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
Follow all company's safety procedures and protocols
Build positive relationships with customers
Other duties as assigned to support customer and business needs
