**Position Overview**:
We are currently hiring a **Lead Technician** who will be responsible for basic automotive maintenance, delivering excellent customer service, and leading a team of technicians. If you’re driven, hands-on, and ready to grow within a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support a team of technicians
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and light maintenance
- Drive customer vehicles into/out of service bays
- Recommend vehicle services based on inspection
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Train and coach new team members
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in the automotive service industry (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with vehicle systems
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be a team player with a great attitude
- Ability to work weekends is required
- Must have reliable transportation

**Compensation**: Based on experience + bonus program

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Automotive Technician: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
